To develop strong, durable, educated, mentally tough athletes using time efficient, cost-effective, performance-based training programs for those whose jobs and lives demand they are "FIELD REDDY." Our systems provide the missing link in today's typical performance programming, where biomechanical imbalances and poor regenerative/recovery strategies lead to costly injuries. Our number one goal is durability through education, motivation, and real life, common sense training protocols.

ABOUT US - OUR MISSION

Performance "specialists" come a dime a dozen, but unfortunately, so do unsafe, questionable training programs lead by trainers with limited experience in injury reduction. Because injuries usually occur during training, rather than combat or contact in sports, we have developed a performance training system focusing on:

  • orthopedic screens
  • biomechanical movement assessments
  • core activation techniques
  • metabolic circuit training
  • total body functional strength & conditioning
  • regenerative/recovery work (sample video to the right)

to improve performance while drastically reducing acute and chronic injuries.
