ABOUT US - OUR MISSION
Performance "specialists" come a dime a dozen, but unfortunately, so do unsafe, questionable training programs lead by trainers with limited experience in injury reduction. Because injuries usually occur during training, rather than combat or contact in sports, we have developed a performance training system focusing on:

biomechanical movement assessments
core activation techniques
metabolic circuit training
total body functional strength & conditioning
